Infodash is looking to add a Director of Professional Services to our growing team.  The Director of Professional Services will play a critical role in the growth of Infodash by providing leadership across our delivery team & processes and through ensuring our clients’ success with 5-star delivery.

Role Overview:

Oversight – Formulate and execute a software implementation strategy that aligns with company objectives and client needs.

Team Development – Mentor a diverse, remote team of project managers and technology specialists, promoting excellence in project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and agility that align with Infodash Core Values.

Execution and Management – Oversee all aspects of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Engagement – Maintain effective communication with key clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactive response to needs and challenges.

Improvement – Drive initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience managing technology product programs and teams
• Experience overseeing multiple technology implementation projects in various stages of the customer journey lifecycle
• Built / managed team size of 20+ client delivery resources, including technical and business resources
• Experience building & maintaining relationships with customers in management, director, and C-Level roles
• Experience in consultative / technology solution-based client service delivery role
