Job Description

This Sales Executive position will report to Infodash’s VP of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Infodash. The Sales Executive will generate demand for and work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, perform product presentations and demonstrations, and provide guidance to prospective clients throughout the sales process. The Sales Executive, 1) shares the same level of passion for enabling the success of law firms with technology and innovation, 2) is eager to make Infodash a household name with the AmLaw200, and 3) has the drive and commitment to help us continue to evolve Infodash into the best-in-class solution for the legal industry and beyond.   

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of our legal technology solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales strategies and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in legal and/or software sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and its technological landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
