Job Summary

Reporting to Infodash’s VP of Sales, this role is responsible for designing, estimating, and showcasing tailored solutions for modern collaboration platforms. We are looking for a versatile professional with a passion for both Solution Architecture and Client Discovery. Do you have a strong background in creating Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and other M365 services to meet client-specific needs such as site environment architecture, client design, permissions, and governance? Responsibilities

Technical Sales Engineering

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions through user story writing and solution design that leverage our Infodash Intranet Product, as well as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, including web parts, apps, and workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Provide accurate estimations for resource allocation and timelines.
  • Work confidently and efficiently with Custom Software Developers to gain accurate estimations and assumptions for custom pieces of work.
  • Act as a technical expert during the sales process, participating in sales calls, delivering product demonstrations, and addressing client questions about the product.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Draft detailed Statements of Work, including descriptions, assumptions, resource estimates, and project phase breakdowns.
  • Develop and document solution designs, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.

Product Expertise

  • Serve as a knowledge resource for clients and internal teams, offering expertise in platform capabilities, customization options, and best practices.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical insights to support decision-making during the sales cycle.

Collaboration and Contribution

  • When not engaged in pre-sales activities, contribute as a Microsoft 365 consultant by performing billable work such as configurations, customizations, and user training.
  • Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, including web parts, apps, and workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Build and manage seamless integrations between Infodash, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party platforms such as financial systems, directories, and legal data sources.

Skills and Competencies

  • Technical Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance frameworks.
    • Understanding of SharePoint taxonomy, content types, term store management, search schema, result sources, and the Search API.
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
    • Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs for connecting Microsoft 365 with third-party systems.
  • Solution Design:
    • Proven ability to design user-friendly solutions that address organizational pain points and enhance productivity.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client success.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Skilled in client-facing roles, including facilitation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, or MS-100/101 are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the legal sector or professional services is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Microsoft 365-based solutions that drive business value.
